As one of the most successful junior women’s  coaches in the country, Ethan is committed to educating young athletes about the art and sport of rowing. He consistently places athletes on the U.S. Junior National Team, with athletes also finding great success in collegiate competition and at the senior National Team level. With numerous National Championship winning teams, Canadian Henley championships, and Head of the Charles wins, Ethan has established a highly successful team at CRI, which draws athletes from all over the Eastern part of Massachusetts.
