Julia began rowing her sophomore year of high school at Deerfield Academy in Western Massachusetts, where she also played Soccer and Basketball for all four years. In addition to rowing at Deerfield, she also rowed with the CRI Comp Girls during the summer after her Junior year, winning gold at Canadian Henley with the team.
In college, Julia rowed for Brown University, recording an impressive four years of success with the team. She was a member of the 2007 and 2009 Eastern Sprints JV Championship 8+, as well as the 2007 and 2008 NCAA DI Championship team.
This is Julia’s first time as a rowing coach, and she is very happy and enthusiastic about being involved with G-Row and the adaptive program at CRI.
