Community Rowing Participant Handbook  Everything you ever wanted to know about rowing at Community Rowing. Sculling, sweeping, safety guidelines, and general policies are covered in this comprehensive handbook.

CRI General Programs Waiver  If you are visiting the club for a day or taking part in a special program it is required, for our insurance, that you fill out our waiver.

Swim Test Form  Every rower at CRI must have a Swim Test on file with the office to row. If you do not have a Swim Test, you MUST wear a life jacket while on the water.

Medical Authorization & History  Every participant must have a Participant Health Release Form on file before the first day of the program. This form provides CRI with emergency contact information and is filed in our main office.

CRI Health Care Benefit Form  Fill this out and return to your insurance provider to get your CRI Health Care Benefit.

CRI Captain's Test  If you want to participate in our Logbook Rowing program and enjoy the Charles River alone in a single, you must study and pass our written and practical CRI Captains Test.

CRI Incident Report  After any incident, whether on the water, in the boathouse, on the dock, or in the parking lot, it is necessary to fill out an incident form. Forms can be found at the front desk to fill out at the time of the accident. Please return forms to the front desk.

Youth Program Participant Code of Conduct  Every athlete training, traveling, or competing with the team must renew this form with the club each season.

Youth Program Parent Code of Conduct  Parents of any youth member training, traveling, or competing with the team must renew this each season.

Alternate Travel Release Form  For any youth who plans to return from a regatta separately from the team, this form must be completed three days before competition and turned in to coaches.
