Winter training at CRI is for everyone! Whether you are a competitive or recreational athlete (no matter your sport), someone who regularly goes to the gym but wants to mix it up over the winter, or someone who wants to start getting fit, our winter training programs are for you. With programs offered morning through evening, we have a perfect class for you.

Winter Training. Where does it take place?
All our winter programming takes place at CRI in the Harry Parker Boathouse.
Plenty of parking is available in the parking lot adjacent to the boathouse.
Drop-in to the Erg Studio for a dynamic 60-minute rowing class, which will provide participants with a powerful full body workout. Classes are for all levels. Each class will guide rowers through a complete warm-up, work-out and cool down. Learn more about registering for this new offering.
