Youth Competitive Boys and Girls Summer Programs

Prerequisite:  Must have completed Competitive Novice or equivalent program. 
Must have a valid swim test on file.                    

Meeting Time
: 7:15 - 9:00 am and 5:45 – 8:00 pm. Five days per week and some weekend races/practices.

Girls Coaches: Ethan Curren, TBA

Session I Price: $1,430*  Program begins June 18 th and concludes with US Nationals on July 20 th.
Coxswain Price:$1,130*

Session II Price: $750*  Program begins July 21 st and concludes with Canadian Henley on August 11 th.  Participants for Session II will be selected by the coaches and registration will be available online after selections are made. Participants will be selected only from those who attended Session I or a US Rowing selection camp.
Coxswain Price: $710*  

Session I Program Description:
The Competitive Girls and Boys teams are geared toward rowers that are interested in developing their technique and improving their fitness for competition in US Nationals. The session is designed to be a high intensity training and racing program meeting five to ten times a week with some practices/racing on the weekends.  
Rower Price: $1,430*
Coxswain Price:$1,130*

Session II Program Description:

The Competitive Girls and Boys teams are geared toward rowers that are interested in developing their technique and improving their fitness for competition in Canadian Henley. The session is designed to be a high intensity training and racing program meeting five to ten times a week with some practices on the weekends.  Participants will be selected by the coaches only from those who attended Session I or a US Rowing selection camp.  
Rower Price: $750*
Coxswain Price: $710*
FYI: Requirements for traveling to Canada: TRAVELING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

*Competitive Boys and Girls Additional Costs for Summer Sessions I & II
The above program fees include practices and expenses incurred at respectively; the US Nationals and Canadian Henley regattas. Minor additional costs may arise if unforeseen expenses occur (i.e. gas, food price increases).

NOTE: To the extent possible, CRI will not "cut" rowers from a competitive youth program. However, if enrollment exceeds resources for any of the three seasons, the first 2 weeks of that season will serve as a "try-out" period. Athletes not asked to stay beyond that period will be credited toward another program or refunded less a $50 tryout fee to cover registration costs.
