Madison has a communications and marketing background that has been enriched by experience in fundraising. She found rowing in high school, and still looks forward to the peace an early morning out on the water brings.

Melinda began rowing at UMass Lowell where she graduated in 2013 with a degree in Psychology. She received her Masters in Sports Administration at Northwestern University and coached their Novice Women’s Rowing team.

Nick Guida is now CRI's new Fleet and Marine Technician in the shop. Nick has been at CRI for three years coaching a variety of programs.

Nick learned to row across the pond at Eton College High School. He rowed at Harvard under Harry Parker and is currently a high school biology and chemistry teacher at the local Rivers School

Paul Carberry joined CRI in October 2019. He worked in higher education for more than 30 years, most of that time at Bentley University. At Bentley, he served on the staffs of two presidents and was corporate secretary for 20 years.

Rachel began her rowing career in New Hampshire as a sophomore in high school, fell in love with the sport and has never looked back. A 2017 graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a BS in Political Science, Rachel was a four year varsity coxswain on the URI Men's Rowing team.

Raphi found rowing as a coxswain at Smith College around the same time they became a student activist for disability rights. While fighting for equal access to necessary accommodations on campus and a spot on Smith’s varsity boat, Raphi experienced first hand how diversity benefits the rowing world. 

From the Nations Capital, Skye began rowing in his youth at Wilson High School in Washington, D.C. In his second full campaign as the CRI Varsity Girl's Head Coach, Skye has brought a wealth of experience and success coaching crews in the summer season.

Thelma ensures our award-winning boathouse and grounds are welcoming to our community and keeps our facilities clean and safe.

Tom started rowing in 2005 on the Charles River during a summer camp at Union Boat Club in Boston. Soon after, he took it up as a full-time sport. He helped to start and grow a local rowing club in Lawrence, MA, which he captained for two seasons.

Tom Siddall has been the Assistant Coach of Men’s Rowing at Tufts University since August of 2019. While there has not been much racing over this time, the team has continued to develop year over year through recruiting, training in small boats, and the leadership of Head Coach George Munger.

Tori started rowing at age 10 in Florida at Sarasota Scullers, where she took third in the Women's Lightweight 4+ her Junior year.

Wayne has a strong background in educational leadership and extensive coaching experience at the Junior, Collegiate, and International levels.
