Welcome to CRI! Our 'At Home Fitness' programs offer a unique experience for rowers and non-rowers alike to build fitness, improve technique, and stay connected to fellow rowers and teammates as  part of our CRI community. Whether indoor rowing, yoga, strength or mobility sessions our on-line/virtual programs are a great opportunity to build or maintain fitness any season of the year.

Join Tom's New Monthly Strength Training Program!

The CRI Strength Subscription is a way to answer the question - “how do I manage my strength work year-round, especially with my rowing?”

This program is fully online so anyone can sign up to receive the program. It follows a scientific, programmed approach to progress learning and adaptation no matter your strength training background. Tom is available to chat about exercises and modifications to the program as needed! If you’re interested in the community aspect of the Strength Subscription, we meet at 9:30am on Zoom M/W/F (currently, but will change in the Fall).
